Airpoints Dollars are earned by purchasing eligible Storage King products and services in New Zealand only. AirpointsAirpoints Dollars will not be earned in relation to taxes (including GST), administration fees, or for charges for insurance and other miscellaneous charges. AirpointsStorage King business customers must notify Storage King of their NZBN or GST Number to be eligible for offer.
1. A business must be an Airpoints for Business Member to earn Airpoints Dollars. Joining is free – visit www.airpoints.co.nz/business. Airpoints Dollars are offered under Storage King's terms and conditions and conditions and earning thresholds may apply. Airpoints for Business membership and Airpoints Dollars are subject to the Airpoints for Business Terms and Conditions. Any claims in relation to Airpoints Dollars earned under this offer must be made directly to Storage King.
2. New storage agreements: **The 100 Airpoints Dollars offer is available to new Storage King customers only. 100 Airpoints Dollars will be earned per rental agreement purchased. Limit of 100 Airpoints Dollars per rental agreement. New storage agreements purchased will be subject to a minimum 3-month storage agreement purchased per Storage King store. Locker storage products will be ineligible to earn Airpoints Dollars.
3. Airpoints for Business members can earn 5 Airpoints Dollars for every NZD$50 spent on boxes and packing materials purchased in store or online.
4. Existing customers: Existing Storage King customers will be eligible to earn 50 Airpoints Dollars on the 12 month anniversary of their rental agreement, if all Storage King fees have been paid up to that date. Airpoints Dollars will be credited to the Airpoints for Business Member's account 2 months after the Storage King fees for that month have been fully paid and on the basis that all fees have been paid to date. Locker storage products will be ineligible to earn Airpoints Dollars.
STORAGE KING AIRPOINTS FOR BUSINESS REWARDS PROGRAMME
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective 18TH JULY 2016
1.1 These Terms and Conditions:
(a) apply to and govern the contractual relationship between the Programme Partner and each Member with respect to the Reward Scheme made available by the Programme Partner as a participant in the Airpoints for Business Programme
(b) are effective as at the date specified above and may be amended from time to time; and
(c) operate in conjunction with the Airpoints for Business Terms and Conditions and in the event of any inconsistency or conflict the Airpoints for Business Terms and Conditions prevail.
1.2 The current Reward Programme Terms and Conditions are available at www.storageking.co.nz/airnz-airpoints.html.It is the Member’s responsibility to read and understand them. Any queries regarding these Terms and Conditions should be directed to the Program Partner.
2.1 Unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) terms used in the Airpoints for Business Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions and the Airpoints for Business Programme Terms have the same meaning in these Terms and Conditions; and
(b) the following terms have these meanings in these Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Products means the legal execution of a Storage King storage agreement between a specific Storage King store and a registered Airpoints for Business. The storage agreement must be completed in the name of the Airpoints for Business member and the applicable Business Number must be entered on the agreement. This excludes locker unit storage agreements, which is a unit no larger than 1mx1m.
An eligible product also includes the purchase of merchandise sold to an Airpoints for Business member.
Programme Partner means Storage King Management (NZ) Ltd 1541436 acting on behalf of Storage King Licensees.
Reward Programme means, for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Storage King Airpoints for Business Reward Programme which is operated by the Programme Partner.
Terms and Conditions means these Reward Programme Terms and Conditions which are administered by the Programme Partner.
2.2 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary intention appears:
(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa; and
(b) a reference to ‘include’ or ‘including’ means ‘including but not limited to.
3. Application of Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions
By claiming any Airpoints Dollars Benefit under the Rewards Programme, a Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to the Airpoints for Business Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.
4. Changes to Reward Scheme
4.1 Subject to clause 4.2 and the Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions, the Programme Partner may implement any changes (whether material or otherwise) to these Terms and Conditions and the Airpoints Dollars offered in relation to Eligible Products, including changes to:
(a) the ways in which Airpoints Dollars are earned under the Reward Scheme;
(b) Eligible Products; and
(c) restrictions, conditions and eligibility to earn Airpoints Dollars under the Rewards Programme.
4.2 The Programme Partner will inform Members of material changes to these Terms and Conditions and where such changes will reduce the number of Airpoints Dollars offered to Members under the Reward Scheme, when possible, give Members at least 30 days’ notice.
4.3 Without limiting clause 4.1 in any way, Members will be taken to have received the notice referred to in clause 4.2 if the Programme Partner or Airpoints for Business notifies Members of the change by sending an email to the email address in the Membership Account.
5. Termination or suspension of the Reward Scheme
5.1 The Programme Partner gives no undertaking as to the continuing availability of the Rewards Programme. The Programme Partner may terminate or suspend the Rewards Programme at any time, and will give at least 60 days’ notice to Members of such termination or suspension, except if the Airpoints for Business Rewards Programme ceases to operate, in which case the Rewards Programme will cease immediately.
6. Earning Airpoints Dollars Benefits
6.1 Subject to the exclusions, limitations and other conditions specified in this clause 6, the Programme Partner will award Airpoints Dollars to Members at the applicable rate specified in the Programme Partner Earn Table set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions, or in any special offer, for Eligible Products paid for by the Member for the Member’s business related purposes.
6.2 No Airpoints Dollars will be awarded if the Eligible Product is cancelled, refunded or returned.
6.3 Members are not entitled to claim Airpoints Dollars Benefits under the Reward Scheme;
(a) Where the storage agreement is terminated by either party within the first 3 months,
(b) Where the Airpoints Dollars have already been issued to the Airpoints for Business member for a previous rental at the same store,
(c) Where the Airpoints for Business member changes units or signs a new agreement at the same store,
(d) Where any merchandise purchased is returned for a refund for any reason,
(e) Where the unit rented is a locker unit, no larger than 1mx1m which is not an Eligible Product,
(f) Where no payment has been made by the Airpoints for Business member during the initial 3 month period.
6.4 To earn Airpoints for Dollars Benefits in relation to an Eligible Product, the Member must quote its NZBN or GST Number and at the time of purchasing an Eligible Product or completing a storage agreement in the name of the Airpoints for Business member and must comply with any other requirements or procedures advised by the Programme Partner prior to the purchase.
6.5 It is the responsibility of the Member to check whether a product or other activity is eligible to earn Airpoints for Business Benefits, and if so how many Airpoints Dollars or which other Airpoints for Dollars Benefits will be earned, before making a purchase or undertaking the relevant activity.
6.6 Members must provide the Programme Partner on request with documented verification of the purchase of an Eligible Product. The Programme Partner reserves the right to deny or revoke the crediting of Airpoints Dollars at any time if the Programme Partner determines that Airpoints Dollars were improperly obtained or erroneously credited.to a Member’s Membership Account.
6.7 Unless otherwise determined by the Programme Partner, Members are not eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars in the Rewards Programme if they:
(a) have no current registered NZBN or GST Registered
6.8 The Programme Partner may offer additional opportunities to earn Airpoints Dollars under a special promotion from time to time, in which case the terms and conditions referred to in the promotion will apply.
7. Crediting Airpoints Dollars
7.1 The Programme Partner will endeavour to instruct Airpoints for Business to credit the applicable number of Airpoints Dollars to the Membership Account within 2 month(s) after the purchase of an Eligible Product. It is the responsibility of the Member to check that the correct number of Airpoints Dollars has accumulated in the Membership Account. For clarity, the date Points are awarded by the Participant is not the date credited by Air New Zealand.
7.2 Claims for the crediting of Airpoints Dollars retrospectively must be made by the Member to the Programme Partner within 90 days after the purchase of an Eligible Product. Unless otherwise specified by Airpoints for Business, claims for the crediting of Airpoints Dollars cannot be made if the Membership is not current or if the Membership Account was not active at the time the Eligible Product was purchased.
8. Suspension or termination of a Member or Airpoints for Business
8.1 The Programme Partner reserves the right to terminate a Member’s participation in the Reward Scheme or withhold or cancel Airpoints Dollars claimed under the Rewards Programme if a Member or any of the Member’s representatives has attempted to claim Airpoints Dollars under the Reward Programme to which they were not entitled.
8.2 The Programme Partner and Airpoints for Business will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any person as a result of such withholding or cancellation.

10. Taxation Implications
10.1 The Programme Partner recommends that Members consult their accountant or tax adviser to ensure that they understand possible tax (including fringe benefits tax) implications, if any, related to their earning and use of Airpoints Dollars under the Rewards Programme.
10.2 Members indemnify and will keep the Programme Partner indemnified against any income tax or fringe benefits tax or other tax arising from operation the Rewards Programme.
10.3 Members acknowledge and agree that they will be liable and responsible for any taxes relating to the eligible customer’s participation in the Reward Scheme.
10.4 Members acknowledge and agree that Programme Partner shall not be liable or responsible for any tax or fringe benefit tax or other tax, impost or charge arising from a Member’s participation in the Reward Scheme or from the receipt of any Airpoints Dollars.
