I would perhaps single out the friendly and very helpful staff member who helped me. Furthermore I’ve experience the facility as safe, clean, and well-managed storage.
The units are spotless, dry, with excellent security measures in place, including surveillance cameras and secure access. I always feel confident that my belongings are in good hands.
Access hours are convenient, the location is easy to get to, (Windermere...I am in Maungatapu, Tauranga), and the pricing is fair for the quality of service provided. It's clear the management takes pride in maintaining the property and looking after customers.

Great phone service and then excellent follow up in person. So easy to get the right information,book a unit, use the trailer to move in and great lighting. trolleys, customer toilet, access by card, heaps of room to manuveur around the yard. Emails for follow up and for payment invoicing etc AND there was a pricing special on for next 3 months 🥳🥳🥳👏🏾👏🏾 already have friends inquiring

Great friendly staff when signing up and throughout entire 1yr storage service. The unit was a 2bdrm sized shed, was dry, clean and just right for the furniture we had to store. The place is very clean, theres a public toilet which was useful when spending lengthy time loading etc. The other customers were warm, considerate and friendly too. Did not have any issue with floods, so don't read too much into those reviews. Great trolleys and round the clock access. I did have problems with payments due to covid hardship reason's but with constant contact and communications with Lisa, she did reverse fees to help ease my situation and with solid commitments I settled all debts and left everything in perfect order. Thank you Lisa for handling everything with grace and kindness. I recommend KS Tauranga to anyone looking for great storage facilities.
