utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

We experienced great service and access to the facility until we went to retrieve our personal belongings to move into our new house.
We discovered -much to our disgust- that our stuff was covered in large quantities of rodent poo….. Our beds, furniture, everything had rat crap all over it and some items such as our bed base had been chewed into. I even saw a rat scurrying over our furniture whilst unloading the locker. We approached management, they were apologetic and asked us to email which we did. Then they casually suggested we should claim our own personal insurance……well I’m sorry but we didn’t feel like being out of pocket (by paying an excess/ increased premiums) for storage king’s lack of pest control.
As a customer we legally have a consumer right to expect an agreed level of service and having rats crap all over your stuff is a failing of the contractually agreed level of service.
To make it worse storage king refused to offer any sort of part reimbursement of our storage costs. We are bitterly disappointed by this experience and had to throw away lots of things and have furniture commercially cleaned at our own cost. Don’t store anything here unless you’re a fan of rat poo.

1:The day we moved out I spoke to 2 of your staff onsite and told them exactly what had happened, they asked me to email and told me once all of our stuff was out they would go and inspect the unit.
2: I then had an email exchange back and fourth with 'Andrea Denize' over a couple of weeks, a full explanation was given and supporting photos of damaged furniture and sports equipment emailed as evidence.
You saying i didn't bring this to the attention of storage king or supply evidence is complete bull s*it.....you either don't have a clue what is going on within your business or you are lying through your teeth and implying you can't rectify this because of something I have failed to do.
This is turning into a ridiculously disappointing customer experience.

The staff are super helpful, prompt in their replies and friendly. The only thing that sucks is the pricing isn’t particularly clear. There was a special on the webpage but you couldn’t see what the usual price is. It’s kind of like a car dealership, it seems like POA. Facilities are tidy, clean and well maintained.

Was great when I signed up how ever iv was asked to pay for a month I had already paid lucky I had a record and checked and called then when I gave notice I was invoiced $119 then was told I had to pay $350 I rang to sort this the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not help with my concern, will never use the services here again after that she was rude and hung up on me I would not recommend using new Lynn storage king once you give notice they are very rude and unprofessional

utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>
