Not recommended Rude islander lady staff. She got angry on me..her tone of her voice wasn't very polite . No customer service at all. Felt unwelcome in my own storage.

Kerry and the team in New Lynn made the potentially stressful process of packing up our house and putting the contents into storage as straightforward and easy as possible. The team are always friendly, up front, and easy to work with - adding a personal and whānau dynamic to what could otherwise be a cold or alienating experience. I felt fully confident that I was leaving my taonga in safe hands whilst I am overseas and would recommend Storage King New Lynn to others without hesitation.

Big thanks to Kerry the manager. Very helpful and easy to deal with. Goes the extra mile for service, for example when I was there with a truck and unit I’d booked was too small he organised another On the spot quickly and efficiently With no drama. Units clean, tidy and well run. Totally recommend.

We have rented various spaces over the last 10 years and every time the staff at Storage King New Lynn did their best to advise and give us the right space for the task. They have been very professional and always friendly. We will always go back there if we need off site storage.

We stored our goods here in the mistaken belief that they were safer here than at home - I was wrong and we were burgled. Our locker was 95% emptied (the padlock was presumably cut off). The goods stored were not of a particularly high dollar value but sentimental value was off the charts. Very very disappointing.

Good value for clean, dry storage. Easily accessible, very secure, with a variety of unit sizes to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I highly recommend Storage King in New Lynn. It was reassuring to me to find such an excellent facility.

I had the best customer service experience!
The Storage King New Lynn, and specially Kerry the Store Manager, have provided an outstanding service .
I went to them under lot of pressure and were able to hear my needs and support me through a very stresful situation.
Everytime we were needing information or their service we were having a yes for an answer.
When we needed to move out, Kerry has look after all our household as it was his own. Kerry and his team provided an excellent moving service. Making me and family feel our belongning were always safe.
I highly recomend Storage King New Lynn as a trustable storage supplier and friendly people to work with.

I have had my belongings with Storage King for over a year now and have not been completely happy. No blame to individual staff members, they have all been friendly.
On one occasion, I was a few days late with my payment and attempted to arrange with staff a later payment, and was told I could not access my belongings. Very sad for a long term customer with a good record of regular payments. Despite contract agreements, a little kindness goes a long way.
I've also had the price hiked up from the original agreement, although there was a notice period I feel this is unfair as it gave me the option of finding a pile of money to hire someone to help me move my things, or just fork out the extra money.
I do like that my belongings are dry. However there are other storage places around that are also dry, and cheaper. I will be moving to another company in the near future.

My experience with Storage King New Lynn was totally hassle free. The staff were always friendly and the facility was kept clean and tidy. On one occasion where we left our locker insecurely fastened, they called us and advised us of the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Storage King New Lynn to store your goods in, large or small.

Storage King New Lynn initially came to our rescue with a storage unit to de-clutter our house ready for selling. Little did we know a short month later we would be sold with nowhere to go! Enter Storage King with a 2nd unit to pack the rest of our gear into while we waiting for our new house to settle and be in our possession!
We have found the facilities to be absolutely superb, prices are very competitive, the staff are super friendly, always greeted us with broad smiles and were extremely informative when we needed them to be.
We have found them to be so very helpful and kind to us during this incredibly stressful time for our family.
I cannot recommend Storage King (specifically New Lynn!) more highly!
