Staff were amazing at the centre. They took me on a tour and explained everything very well. The pricing was also great for a quarter garage size.
Unfortunately the rooms are not ventilated or kept from outdoor elements. I ended up with pink mould on my queen bed and sheets, duvets and some clothes. Despite being in vacuum bags and blasting covering. I believe this was for to the storage facility and it’s exposure to the raining storage rooms - you never know what is being stored directly next to you.
I also terminated the contract with no issue. I was told that their would be a refund as I over paid the month, but this still has not occurred. I was also never offered the storage vehicle for moving - so I had to pay privately for movers. 2 starts mostly for customer service.

We received outstanding service from the Storage King Onehunga and they were so helpful. We had to move and had not found a place yet so we had to store our possessions for 2 months. We highly recommend them.

The friendly customer service, I can’t speak highly enough about. Have stored with Onehunga for 8 years and Management would bend over backwards to insure it was a stress free and pleasant experience storing with them. I highly recommend if you need storing anything, you contact the friendly team at Onehunga Storage King.

Thanks Storage King for your help at a very stressful time - you were able to accommodate our needs at very short notice and with warmth and a sense of humour! Thanks also for being flexible with how we used the service - at times we needed to have different people accessing the unit and you worked with us to ensure security for our items but also the flexibility we needed to be able to do this. I was looking for a place to store my household contents for a period of about 10months, so I went into Storage King ONEHUNGA , my first point of contact was Barbra the Manager.
Barbra was professional, courteous and super friendly to deal with. To say she was absolutely fantastic to deal with in every aspect of the process is simply an understatement.

A fantastic company who gives back to the community. They advertised our Mangere Bridge School Carboot and Food Festival on their sign right by the motorway in the weeks leading up to the big event, helping us attract as many people as possible to help with fundraising. They were supportive and helpful and just a lovely team to deal with!
