I have been a customer for over twenty years. I recently had to reduce my storage from 8 cubic meters to 1 cubic metre. As usual, the staff were helpful, the facilities excellent and when I cut my finger, they even gave me antiseptic and a plaster! The storage of my goods for eight years was perfect - all in very excellent order and the provision of a paper-reclaim dumpster meant the easy destruction of out of date tax records. They were unable to provide a waste container but explained that it was impractical for them, and I accept that. I look forward to a few more years of protection of a few personal effects but I know that they will be in good order when I get back to NZ in a while. I would recommend them for many reasons, location, service, quality, facility and last but not least, they are professional and friendly.
